Martin A Crossland (Strategic Development Manager)

Former Community Accountant for East Riding Voluntary Action Services Martin is now employed as Strategic Development Manager funding by the Big Lottery Reaching Communities Programme.  Martin has worked directly for the centre since August 2007 to manage the “Chances for Life” project but also to look at the long term sustainability and future development of “The Hinge”.  Martin is also responsible for obtaining all additional project funding to further enhance service delivery within Goole and now Bridlington.

Chantal Russell (Youth & Social Inclusion Worker)

Former resettlement worker and the only long standing employee of the centre, Chantal was successful in being recruited as the Youth & Social Inclusion Worker to delivery the “Chances for Life” project.  Chantal primary role is to deliver the project as well as looking at new areas in which young people can benefit from the services provided by the centre, project funding and inter-agency working project development.

Last but by no means least is Sue who takes care of us and the centre in Goole.  Sue makes sure the place is kept to a high standard for staff, volunteers and young people.
